Pap Ndiaye will be one of two keynote speakers at the 2022 FRAME Annual Conference in Marseille. Pap Ndiaye is a French historian of Senegalese origin who studies trans-national philosophies of racial identity which draw on American and French political thought, especially as they apply to the African diasporic populations in both countries. He is the executive director of the French national museum of immigration, the Palais de la Porte Dorée, in Paris.
