Exhibitions

With more than 2.5 million works held within FRAME member museums’ collections, FRAME serves as a catalyst for exhibitions celebrating diversity and omplementarity, but exhibitions are not limited exclusively to loans from the network. Exhibitions organized under the auspices of FRAME emphasize major or lesser known aspects of art history and advance research at a high scholarly level, while addressing a broad audience on both sides of the Atlantic. FRAME exhibitions consider all artistic areas without being exclusive to a singular period or geography. In the context of FRAME’s French-American exchanges, they also promote themes emphasizing French and North American art.
