FRAME Announces the Opening of the Fall 2024 Grant Cycle – Letters of Intent Deadline: July 15

FRAME is delighted to announce it is now accepting applications for project support grants that include a collaboration with one or more museums in the FRAME network. Preference will be given to projects that include transatlantic partners.

Museums that have not received financial assistance from FRAME in 2023 and those that are up to date with their grant reports may apply for the Fall 2024 cycle.

Project Support is provided for the following activities:

  • The development of scholarly and/or innovative exhibitions. Exhibitions can cover any topic of interest to the museum and are not limited to Western art.
  • The development of educational and public engagement programs.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Pilot Programs.
  • Professional exchanges among museum staff.
  • Audience development initiatives.
  • Online programs.

 

How to apply:

Please send a letter of intent by email to both FRAME Executive Directors before Monday, July 15 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. This email must be sent by the director of the candidate museum and include:

  • A brief summary of your proposed project.
  • The estimated cost of the project and the amount of the grant requested from FRAME.
  • The partner museum(s) with which you plan to collaborate. Your network partner(s), especially the director(s) of the collaborating museum(s), must be copied in this email.
