{"id":5984,"date":"2025-10-10T15:55:52","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T19:55:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/framemuseums.org\/?p=5984"},"modified":"2025-10-20T16:12:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T20:12:51","slug":"jeanne-brun-named-as-keynote-speaker-for-frames-2025-annual-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/framemuseums.org\/fr\/jeanne-brun-named-as-keynote-speaker-for-frames-2025-annual-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Jeanne BRUN Named as Keynote Speaker for FRAME\u2019s 2025 Annual Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FRAME is delighted to announce <strong>Jeanne Brun, Deputy Director and Director of Collections at the Mus\u00e9e national d&#8217;art moderne &#8211; Centre Georges Pompidou<\/strong>, as French keynote speaker for the FRAME annual conference in Denver, France, on October 30, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Graduate of the Ecole nationale des Chartes and the Institut national du patrimoine, Brun has headed a number of cultural establishments, observing and guiding their cultural and conservation policies, as well as their strategies for reaching out to the public: in local authorities, in Saint-Etienne, as Head of the Collections and Exhibitions Department, or in Paris, as Director of the Fonds d&#8217;art contemporain and then of the Mus\u00e9e Zadkine; in national cultural establishments, as Director of Cultural and Museum Development at the Biblioth\u00e8que nationale de France, then Deputy director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centrepompidou.fr\/fr\/?gad_source=1&amp;cHash=6658233ee3bec25135fdc5a6a12a1d27\">Mus\u00e9e national d\u2019Art Moderne-CCI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She has also been curator or artistic director of numerous exhibitions and events, including <em>Victor Brauner<\/em> (Mus\u00e9e d&#8217;art moderne de Paris, 2020), <em>Nuit Blanche 2020, L&#8217;\u00e2me primitive<\/em> (Mus\u00e9e Zadkine, 2021), Le Prix Marcel Duchamp 2024 (Centre Georges Pompidou), and <em>Apocalypse<\/em> (Biblioth\u00e8que nationale de France, 2025). She is currently preparing a retrospective of Marcel Duchamp&#8217;s work for the Centre Pompidou, in conjunction with New York&#8217;s MoMA and the Philadelphia Museum.
