NEW YORK – PARIS <\/strong>\u2013 The French Co-President and the North American Co-President of the FRench American Museum Exchange (FRAME) jointly announced today that the organization has elected Caite S. Panzer as the next Executive Director for FRAME in North America<\/strong>, a network of 29 museums located in North America and France. She will assume her new role on October 1, 2025.<\/p>\n Panzer brings extensive experience in international culture leadership, development, and program management. Most recently, she served as Head of Business Operations at the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris, overseeing operations, financial management, and board governance for Ireland\u2019s leading cultural center in Europe. She also held leadership positions with Villa Albertine and Albertine Foundation, the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in New York, and the World Monuments Fund, where she managed high-profile fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, donor engagement events, and programming.<\/p>\n Earlier in her career, she also spearheaded the Cultural Services of the French Embassy\u2019s first multi-million-dollar endowment and led capital campaigns. She consulted on global cultivation events for the World Monuments Fund, taught courses on philanthropy and equity at Sciences Po\u2019s renowned School of Public Affairs master\u2019s program in Paris, and held positions with Scholastic, Oxford University Press, WordAppeal, HEC Paris, and the Paris-Panth\u00e9on-Assas University.<\/p>\n \u201cThe search committee interviewed several highly qualified applicants and unanimously concluded that Caite was the best choice for this role,\u201d said William Beekman, North American Co-President of FRAME<\/strong>. \u201cHer experience aligns with FRAME\u2019s mission to promote dialogue and cultural exchange between museum professionals and other scholars in France, Canada, and the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe North American Executive Director will work with the French Executive Director to ensure great communication between the member museums and to expand the reach of FRAME,\u201d said Christelle Creff, French Co-President of FRAME<\/strong>. \u201cCaite\u2019s depth of experience in French-American cultural exchange, knowledge of French organizational culture, and proven background in fundraising made her the ideal profile to co-lead FRAME\u2019s growth.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe are excited to welcome Caite to this role,\u201d said Emilie Vanhaesebroucke, French Executive Director of FRAME<\/strong>. \u201cHer exceptional blend of international experience building connections between institutions will help FRAME strengthen its transatlantic partnerships and inspire innovative collaborations among our member museums. She is fluent in English and French, proficient in Italian, and has extensive experience leading bi-cultural and transatlantic initiatives.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
